Is there anyone in L.A. who can help this cat? He's 23 years old and has been dumped in a high-kill shelter.

So hoping the cat got adopted or rescued. After 23 years to be dumped at a high kill shelter is the height of cruelty.

word came out on some of the special needs yahoo groups i belong this morning - ADOPTED!!
